Creamy Spinach-Leek Fritters

3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup cane sugar
2 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp soft butter
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
With warm water, add teaspoon sugar and yeast.
Add remaining sugar flour and salt on bowl.
Mix eggs and add to flour mix, reserve a little bit of egg.
Knead well by hand while adding butter. 10-20 minutes.
Place in lightly greased bowl and grease entire surface of dough.
Cover and let rise (45 min to 1 hour) and leave to prove for 30 minutes.
Shape dough into flattened round loaf on well greased baking sheet.
Brush the top of loaf with remaining egg and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until hollow when tapped on bottom.
